Scripture calls us to “pray continually.” What could that possibly look like for people living in a day and age of ever-increasing busyness? Come away and consider how prayer could become for us the very essence of a life of communion with God.
This retreat will provide an opportunity to engage in several prayer practices designed to enhance and deepen one’s prayer relationship with God, including Breath Prayer and Praying with Nature. Prayer will be discovered as a transformational language of the soul; a way of being rather than something to do.
